Webocrat going Open Source!

On the last project meeting held in December 2003 in Regensburg, Germany, the project consortium agreed to move the system under an Open Source license. We believe that an e-Government system should be open source and hope we will be able to build a creative community around Webocrat to add more functionality to this interesting system.
